Description The 1967-68 Camaro & Firebird “Restomod” EFI tank is the only OEM-appearing tank on the market that uses an OEM fuel pump module. These allow fitment of the 5th Gen Camaro SS and ZL1 pumps for a true returnless system. It also features notched corners for exhaust clearance on minitubbed cars. (NOT for use with narrowed leaf springs). Choose your fuel pump and gauge sending unit for a complete kit. 1) Non-regulated Camaro SS Pump: These pumps are perfect for any N/A EFI engine up to about 580hp to the flywheel. It is not regulated, so will require a fuel pump control module to regulate fuel pressure. 2) Regulated Camaro SS Pump:These pumps are perfect for any N/A EFI engine up to about 580hp to the flywheel. It ispre-regulated to approx 58psi, which is perfect for most LS, LT, or Holley EFI systems.
3) Non-regulated Camaro ZL1 Pump:These pumps are perfect for N/A engines up to 750hp, and Supercharged EFI engines up to about 680hp to the flywheel. It is not regulated, so will require a fuel pump control module to regulate fuel pressure. This option is popular on stock LT4 engines. 4) Regulated Camaro ZL1 Pump:These pumps are perfect for N/A engines up to 750hp, and Supercharged EFI engines up to about 620hp to the flywheel. It ispre-regulated to approx 58psi, which is perfect for most LS, LT, or Holley EFI systems. ***If using E85 we recommend going with a stainless steel fuel tank for the ultimate corrosion resistance!
***The OEM fuel pump modules have an internal filter element, so you do not need to run anything but a single line to the rail. However, you can certainly run an external filter if desired.
